GEL-COAT POLISHED TO A HIGH GLOSS FINISH

As an example the above pictures show a 4 year old Nimbus suffering from severe UV damage. We were able to restore the gel-coat to a high gloss finish and apply a protective coating retarding any further UV damage, when the work was completed the boat was returned to its former glory
As your gel-coat is only 1-2mm thick it is important that we only use hard cutting compounds when required to remove the oxidation. If hard cutting compounds are used year in year out this will only result in a total failure of the surface and will be more costly to correct.
